Received does not work, changed. Got a second, the same. They suggested a third. LAUGH OUT LOUD!

Bought this for my mum for Christmas. We tried pairing it with their IPAD AIR 2. The instructions said something about turning on the light. He never turned on. There is no power switch. There are no instructions to fix this problem. I suspect that the seller simply took the defective model and sent it to me. Maybe they just sent me a stone for all the goodness I got from this product. Updated: 12/29/20. I sent the product back and got a new one quickly so it was good. But 4 days after I submitted a claim via the Logitech website, I received a cryptic email response saying the duplicate claim was closed (I thought I only submitted one claim for this issue). And I still haven't received a response to the original tech support issue. So Logitech's technical support gets 0 out of 5 stars. I will update this review after trying the keyboard. Update: 12/30/20 New product received. The same thing. This time I called Logitech Technical Support. They confirmed to me that I did nothing wrong. They offered another exchange. Unfortunately no sale. The madness of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. As far as I can tell, they produced a large number of these devices with a broken Bluetooth button. They certainly don't check if the button works. It may pair correctly the first time, but if it ever turns off or you ever need to re-pair the device in the future, it won't work. And that's probably what happens when you can no longer return an item.
