The material was very fragile and almost transparent due to its thinness. The color wasn't pink either, but there was a brown spot in one spot. In some places the structure was also deformed. I bought another one before, exactly the same but the quality was higher and it worked fine. . I had to send these back. I hope they fix the quality problem. Update 11/20/17: I bought another one because I like the design a lot better than other common rose shapes you see out there. I wanted to see if I had a defective one earlier. The quality was like the first purchase, so I'm satisfied. Excellent customer service when I told them to check their quality control. It worked because I got the shape I wanted. The design of my soap bars and lotions turned out beautifully. More realistic than traditional rose shapes.
