Review on simPRO by Mike Walters

The software is easy to use with great customer support! I can't think of anything that's bad about this product as it has been very useful throughout my career since starting employment at SimPro nearly 5 years ago! There are many features including job scheduling which makes our lives easier everyday when we have employees working remotely or not present during certain times of day/weekends etc. I like that they have so many different options to use when managing work orders. Very user friendly! It's easy to start with their free version but once you need more features it makes sense to upgrade your plan. It is not intuitive to create new custom reports or make changes to existing ones at times because of how complicated some of them are. Make sure to get all updates available. We've been able to manage our jobs with ease since we started using this software.
