I chose a non-RGB lamp and am very happy with it. They have eleven different brightness levels and three different light colors (fluorescent blue, warm yellow and bright white). It came with two different bases, one being a clamp and the other being a stand. I don't plan on using the clip so can't comment on that but the stand is excellent! There are two heights you can set it to, easily adjustable by rotating the bar, raising/lowering it, and then rotating it back into place. This lamp is so charming and I won't lie, it's worth the price.
