Had to return, did not fit my particular use. I tried to use it for a 27 inch tv wall mount monitor. Due to the size of the TV mounting plate, it was difficult to connect all the required screws. I lowered the monitor and the mount was clearly visible above the monitor (weights in the center of the monitor). The included nuts and bolts are small and do not include washers, which were necessary in my case. I've decided not to use it for this project. I also tried using it to lower the TV. It wasn't until I tried to mount it on the TV that I found that the holes (all) are too small for the large screws used for the TV. All in all, with the right compatible hardware, it feels solid and should perform well.
