The product is good, the design could be improved.

The product itself is made of quality materials, the company's customer support is excellent, the only complaint is the design, as with most similar products. Here are some features for opening the yaw (only one opens) and (tension is provided by 2 non-adjustable springs) so holding your device there isn't a problem, the grip is great, but plugging your phone into the yaw is can still be a problem. Most of these mounts have a weak point and it is the support bracket that you attach to your dashboard or windshield. The problem is that the ball simply cannot hold stable and strong (during insertion) due to the powerful springs. of the device) the clamp assembly moves, forcing you to reorient the phone so that the camera points to the desired position each time you insert or remove the device. The adjustment nut on the back is not strong enough to ensure a secure, stable position when inserting or removing your device, a locking system or a system that provides a more secure and firm fixation of the jaw assembly is ideal. I have several products with the same design and they all do the same thing. I also have other products that use a different design that provides a safe assist system where your device doesn't distract you while driving.

Pros
  • High marks from testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Hard to say
