Works great. Switching from neutral to left-right etc. is VERY tight. You have to push hard. There are two fixes. First sand/sand the hole to make it slightly larger. Second, remove the switch from the new and old and swap them. The mold for the new one was probably originally made from an existing part, and the cup's plastic is slightly larger, too big for the hole. Apart from that, I am very happy that I have the possibility to move the mirrors from inside the truck while driving. I left the hole and cup as is. I can push it very well with a little more effort.
