I'm 5'6, 233#, mostly muscular lol, I'm 20# of that, abs, broad shoulders, big chest, big arms and showing matching legs correct width thigh muscles development of the lateral and medial muscles, bodybuilder training, definitely, size xl fits me freely, like a perfect jumpsuit, size 2xl is massive and fits the title: nike shirts are very small and shrink , under 2xl armor ( both nike/ua slim fit me but when i wash it; it compresses and once i start sweating it expands to keep me loose but not as big as the new carhartt xl, which is about 2.5 times thicker than Nike or Under Armor thick cotton fits Champion 2xl with "Champion" writing on the chest Don't hesitate to take it.
