This product is a beautifully crafted double wall stainless steel mug. It keeps the coffee hot much longer than a regular ceramic mug and has a very pleasing appearance. 1 star deducted for two issues. First, they are good for the office or home, but they are not durable. The material is too light for much abuse. Secondly, at the time of receipt, there is slight (very slight) corrosion on the joints of the handles with the mug by laser welding. Visually no problems, no signs of structural problems either. I just noticed it was there and expect it's not a problem. If this becomes a problem I will update this post,
