I buy my kids mud boots every one to two years. You keep going! And when I can, I buy them a size up to accommodate thicker socks and have room to last two winters. Usually when I donate them they still have LOTS of life in them and they just grow out of them. Which is sad because they have so much life in them. Those are some good flies. I don't like the new style of sneakers, although we tried them the soles are not that thick. They wear out in a season. get holes in the ground. I won't buy them again just thick soles. My kids love the mud there, they say it keeps their feet warmer there than traditional winter boots and drier traditional snow boots, their feet still get wet for some reason. That's why they love their nasty things. My son really liked this pair because they are fleece lined and you can roll the top down to make it shorter if you want and they also have the mud logo on them if you roll them up. The photos show some "dirt", it's just the paper they were wrapped in, in the box. Very glad they are the right size for the dirt. If you have never bought Muck Boots before, visit the Mucks website, view the size chart, take measurements and measure your foot to find the right fit. I do this every year it's time to buy new ointments just to see where my baby feet are to buy the right size for them because I always get the right size for at least two winters and thicker socks.
