Good length had trouble inserting

I had trouble with cable thickness when inserting tape into raspberries. I think I almost bent and snapped the end trying to attach the jack to the cable itself. Not sure if the bare wires themselves had some extra plastic or something, but it was quite difficult. It was pretty cheap and the length was what I was looking for so it didn't really matter. I liked the black color because it was easy to conceal on the printer and didn't draw too much attention to myself.
