Good for de Quervain's tenosynovitis

If you were either: diagnosed with de Quervain's tenosynovitis by a doctor, or you matched your symptoms and concluded that you had de Quervain -Tenosynovitis have kervae, the brace holds the thumb in place and allows the tendinitis to heal quickly. It's not particularly comfortable to wear, as you have to tighten the brace around your thumb and wrist just enough to completely prevent movement, and the aluminum stabilizer bar can put pressure on your thumb and cause discomfort. However, when used correctly (e.g. to completely immobilize the thumb), this bandage is very effective in helping the tendon to heal quickly. I felt relief almost immediately after putting it on, and the longer you wear the brace, the better your tendon will feel. I've been wearing it for about two weeks and I feel like my big toe has almost healed. I recommend supplementing this physical treatment with anti-inflammatory supplements, including turmeric (in tablet or tea form) and tart cherry (in tablet or juice form). Five stars for efficiency, minus one for comfort, but that's a small price to pay for an effective treatment.
