Review on 🍾 Effortlessly Uncork with the Ozeri Pro Electric Wine Bottle Opener in Silver by Anne Battle

we got this knife 20 months ago and it has worked fine for about a year. Then it wasn't fully charged. We tried attaching the bottle opener to a charger to see if that helped, but it got to the point that after 18 months she couldn't open a wine bottle. I decided to take a risk and contact the support team and a few hours later on a Sunday a person contacted me! After a few emails back and forth she explained that I shouldn't have left the knife on the charger as it causes overcharging. I told her it didn't say that anywhere in the instructions, only that one should run the opener by hand from time to time to discharge the charge. She told me she was sorry but as I was already past the 12 month warranty I was out of luck. I told her I understand but I would have to write a review on the Revain to let others know that in 12 months it will be disposable. She replied that she "checked in" with her manager who offered to replace my knife if I returned the defective one. So I agreed and after 5 days received a new opener and sent the old one back. Maybe I had a lemon, but I suspect rechargeable items have a maximum lifespan of 2 years. Regardless, I've received great customer service, and if my newbie lasts longer than a year this time, I'll be sure to update this review!
