Here are some of the main disadvantages: - does not close tightly; In fact, when closed, there's a huge gap between the two halves - the foam is cheap and too thick. Most USB drives are difficult to remove. - The handle is higher than the case, creating an odd stand. - The quality is very bad. To save this product as I can't return it I did the following: - I cut off a layer of foam (which isn't difficult, just use a long blade and carefully cut through the backing). At least the chopsticks now stick out and can be easily pulled out. I removed the handle and sealed the holes with rivets. It doesn't make things any better, but at least it makes it less annoying. That doesn't make me feel like more than two stars. This product was clearly not designed or tested with the consumer in mind. I took some photos. Hope this helps with the decision.
