I've never experienced anything negative about VV's services but if i did they would be resolved at first opportunity! This was good for us because we were working from so many different locations across Europe (UK & France) using VPNs in order to access our office systems remotely. Being securely located off-site meant that everything still worked well whilst away. We also had full control of what information could get into those vaults. At some point though we needed somewhere else where sensitive material related to business operations could go without having access by anyone who shouldn't see them.
