The holder itself is really good for my purpose. I get "overuse syndrome" in my hand/thumb when holding my phone so I can put it in this holder and then bend it to rest on my chest/stomach/table and just put my hand/hand on it put it to hold. Place. That means my arm doesn't hurt anymore! Just don't get these if you need a remote as I've ordered them twice and haven't received a remote with either one.
