Bought 10 of these and 10 wafer picks from another manufacturer. These win unconditionally. They are just as easy to install as the original halogen bulbs and work almost perfectly in an LED compatible dimmer circuit. I say "almost" perfect because they flicker a bit at the lowest settings, but as soon as you raise them slightly the flickering stops. I will get more of this. I haven't had them long enough to speak of durability, but I have no reason to believe they won't last long.
