Review on Lightshare Lighted Palm Tree Large by Amy Johnson

We bought this palm tree to put on our glass enclosed porch to replace an old one that was worn out. The delivery was very fast, but unfortunately the tree did not light up when unpacking and setting up. We followed the troubleshooting instructions and even used a multimeter to make sure the tree was getting power (24 volts came from the power supply) but that power wasn't getting to the string lights. We traced the energy through the string of lights and there was no energy in any part of it. Apparently the wiring was already defective at the factory. I sent the tree back for a refund. I do not recommend this product as it was very cheaply assembled and unreliable. Bad quality control.
