Lightshare Lighted Palm Tree Large Review

We bought this palm tree to put on our glass enclosed porch to replace an old one that was worn out. The delivery was very fast, but unfortunately the tree did not light up when unpacking and setting up. We followed the troubleshooting instructions and even used a multimeter to make sure the tree was getting power (24 volts came from the power supply) but that power wasn't getting to the string lights. I thought it would be great to have a palm tree outside while it was snowing. First we liked the way it looked. However, after a week we found that it wasn't working. I went out to check and noticed that the cord had completely snapped (we think it might have been rabbits etc). ATTENTION, the cable used for the lighting is NOT equivalent to an internal extension!
