Review on Lightshare Lighted Palm Tree Large by Sandra Johnson

I was so happy at first, despite the high price for Canadian buyers. Should have listened to the reviews. Here's a photo of how it works. Looks great! This is a large Lightshare palm tree that I bought as a gift for someone. Looks great on day one. I later learned that it was only about two weeks before I found out that both sets of LEDs were intermittent. Not very happy it cost me about 250 Canadian dollars. Generally no luck here. I even contacted service@ehomeinc.com and they told me the problem was probably caused by the transformer and they would send me the replacement parts right away but of course they will not ship to a Canadian address. Most warranties cover North America. I don't believe these guys. It's just disappointing that companies no longer return their products.
