Water Restricted

I have these lights fitted to my truck, live in the North East, drive 1.4 miles to office and sometimes drive on the freeway, low mileage and low level operation Both lights have Fog and water bubbles in the lights behind the lenses. I never touch the light frame or the back, all I have touched is the mounting brackets, I will most likely have to remove the front glass, clean it and seal it with silicone gasket.
