I want to address this review to ALL people who say it doesn't hold a charge. I know why ! If you put the stylus on top of the iPad on the magnetic part and put it too far, it turns on the stylus...hence...the battery drains because it's on and you don't know it. Because it's facing down and you can't see it... You have to be very (and I mean VERY) careful to set it up so that the stylus doesn't turn on. It may take a few tries to get it right... That's the only thing I don't like about the pen, you have to flip the power button up and the magnet down. Or just leave it on the iPad turned off and it should hold a charge just fine.
