Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.
This is a very unfortunate circumstance because the phone does not cost ten dollars, the company will not accept a refund, they will not switch it out for another phone, but instead they will offer a service. I spent one hundred thousand on a phone just so I could use it to make service calls!
