Review on 🔧 Versachem Exhaust System Joint and Crack Sealer (00160): Ultimate Solution for Seamless Exhaust Repair by Eric Pruett

The last time I had to patch the muffler I must have used a different (can't remember) brand of muffler putty and Versachem Tiger patch tape on the muffler and it worked really well. I love the tiger patch. It lasts and works great. I thought this material, same brand as the excellent tiger patch, would be the same good putty I used last time. But a big disappointment, Versachem muffler putty bubbles, crumbles and flakes off in a jiffy, especially when it starts to rain. In fact, it appears to be somewhat soluble in water even after it's supposed to be hardened. And I've cleaned surfaces, but I don't think this thing is going to work either way. Not worth the trouble
