Disappointed: Computer Accessories and Peripherals

I bought a Fire 10 tablet for kids but for some reason it doesn't fit together and doesn't allow formatting. I'm very upset because it was recommended for a tablet and now I have no money and it's useless. I wish they would just make it possible to purchase it with the game.
