This is a good product
I have used it for my Macbook Pro both on the go and at home. Ultra-fast USB 3.0 for fast data transfers and a great Gigabit Ethernet port. I throw this hub in my backpack along with my charger and I'm ready to go. Now all I have to do is connect this hub to my MacBook and all my peripherals are ready to go. I also like the fact that I can connect it from either side of the MacBook and it just works. I installed a dual screen (or triple screen if you count the laptop screen) with two HDMI outputs.
