I am 5'4", 185 lbs., 44" bust, 37" waist, 44" hips, a 36H, and usually opt for an L in shapewear. I got an XL and L in these in the cafe au lait color, and it fit great everywhere for the most part. The XL was the better size. The color was great for the semi-tan white skin I have; most colors are so pale that they show through which these didn't. My only issues were that it is way too long for my torso (came past my boobs -- VERY high-waisted) which caused it to roll down, and it almost felt like tearing when pulling them up and down. The nice thing is that the torso being too long was basically remedied by adjusting it to not be pulled up as high, and this didn't cause it to wrinkle at all. Highly recommend!
