Review on Indoor/Outdoor Rubber Runner Mat: ClimaTex Door Mat Protects Floors by Sarah Jackson

I've purchased this item three times. The first time was for my basement floor. My ageing dog would come in with wet feet or just be running to the door and his hind legs would slip on the bare concrete floor. And then I realized that I needed the protection for me, too. It runs from the bottom of my stairs across the basement all the way to the door and I have a piece in the laundry area as well. I also purchased the runner for my garage floor which is really slippery when shoes are wet. Since this item is used in my basement and garage I'm not worried about it being perfectly clean but I find it easy enough to sweep from the center out or vacuum the same way. if it needs damp mopped then I do that. It can also be take outside and sprayed off with a hose for a big cleaning. I have added double sided carpet tape on a few strategic places to keep it from slipping or my foot catching on the ends. I am very pleased with it.
