It's quite easy to use, I find it very user friendly for my small business needs (10 employees).
The platform is more expensive than other providers but this makes sense as you get what you pay for! There are certainly features that could be better/more in depth compared to some of our competitors platforms such as Microsoft 365 Business which has advanced security options including multi-factor authentication using Azure Active Directory & Office365 ADFS 2FA etc - however we require basic email only functionality hence why protected trust was deemed suitable at launch time. We have found no issues so far within 6 months since implementing into production environment. Have used multiple hosting solutions over many years now across different industries and locations both client side via webmail / mobile apps or internally where required by internal users e.g HRIS systems requiring emails from their clients who may not always complete registration forms correctly sometimes leading us down rabbit holes trying to resolve problems when they do occur instead focusing resources elsewhere if possible due.
