To be honest. I used to swear by this simple fix. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Worked very well before. There were still a few minor hiccups, but they were acceptable. Pro [if it worked] Installation is very easy. Plug and Play Worked most of the time Kon [with latest software updates] Support [request made 2 weeks ago. heard no sound] Attempted to communicate with technical support online. - I want to ask a question - no answer The update is a bit difficult, but if you can understand the images on the screen [no text], you will be fine. Don't update if it works for you now! You can get garbage. Switching from Mac to PC Sometimes there is a long pause before the mouse points up. Sometimes the numeric keypad works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes alt-s works to toggle. Sometimes doesn't invert a mouse's scroll wheel for PC use. [didn't use it for this] Changes how the mouse works if you have it configured in the application - I'm in autocad all the time. My mouse setup is not working and that was before the update. This also applies to Microsoft Office products – in my case Excel. When you have Office for Mac on your screen, everything you print on your PC appears in your Office program [very annoying] - to fix this you need to open a text editor on your Mac on a separate desktop [I have 2 desktops set up ] so basically I run my office programs on a second desktop and switch to desktop 1 when I switch to PC. So what if they say it's seamless. far from it! Note that your mileage may vary. If you have Prime, give it a try if you want and return it immediately if it doesn't work perfectly. Unfortunately, it worked acceptably for me at first, but now it's useless. Great concept guys! Too bad you went to hell and don't support your customers. ****Updated 8/20/14**** I thought I would say if you use between pc and mac like me when you close your computer when you start it up again you need to use a different keyboard login- System if your computer is password protected. Using Alt-s to switch from Mac to PC does not work. It kind of defeats the purpose of using one keyboard for both, right? haha
