I can't write a review for the waist trimmer itself, so I'll summarize both reviews here. I start with the waist trimmer. I bought the product and it was SIMPLY perfect (I have a curvaceous, almost hourglass figure so I can be somewhere between M and L at times). For the first few days I only used the waist trimmer and sweated profusely! I NEVER sweat on my stomach and I don't like pens that much. I also noticed that my bloating was going away - so I kept having to tighten my jeans! I know it won't get rid of the fat or keep it off because there is no such thing as a miracle product, but it definitely helps with bloating so it will shrink your tummy a bit. I tried a sweet sweat cream this morning and it did even more. My stomach still looks slimmer and can produce more sweat. I also used it in the sauna at my gym and it helped a lot! I would say that using these products, combined with proper diet and exercise, can make you think they are really getting rid of fat! It certainly makes it look like it. I still love both products and can't wait to see my progress with them in a few months.
