I like: Smell and kinda moisturizes the skin. I work out at the 24 hour gym where they always turn on the IC, but I've found that it made me sweat more than usual. Cons: It lasts about 15 minutes and then stops. Even I use body wash but somehow I still feel like it's still on my skin. I bought 2 but used 1 and shared one for my aunt. She bought another one with a belt. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK ALONE, you have to practice to live up to expectations.

I bought this for my girlfriend who has been following this product for a while. Mind you, she's the type to exercise and never sweat, which I find odd lol. For those who say this product doesn't work. You must be using it incorrectly. You must wear something generous. I'm sweating like I've NEVER sweated in my life. Feel AMAZING! Coconut smells great. The normal fragrance smells of nothing. After the shower my skin is so soft.

Very happy with this purchase! Works as advertised every time! I use it with a sweat belt and have a burning sensation as well as excessive sweating for minutes after cardio! My best suggestion would be to try it if you're into a fence! Costs money!
