It broke after 3x

It works fine. However, I have used this mop a total of 3 times. Third time today washing my SUV. Today the piece of plastic that attaches the mop to the handle broke off. As a result, I can no longer use the mop head. Now it's practically useless to me! There is no obvious way to contact the seller to let them know about this. The mop itself is beautiful. Just bad work! I want a new one!
