The ability to be able to work collaboratively across disciplines within my team was very helpful when we were tasked with creating data models for multiple new platforms that had not previously been used together by any other organization at this scale or level of complexity.

I also appreciated their willingness to share best practices from similar organizations they've worked with before which helped me understand what questions/concerns may need further exploration prior to implementation. It would probably benefit you if your project has more than one discipline working closely (i.e., BI vs InfoSec). They are great people who care about doing right thing ethically! Their process around building trust between partners helps ensure quality deliverables while keeping everyone's expectations aligned throughout each phase of development.
