Review on πŸ’© iPrimio Sifter with Deep Shovel Litter Scoop - Engineered by Cat Owners - Tough ABS Plastic Scoop, Scooper. Durable Handle. Patented. by April Russell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The filler adheres to and between them. FIRST. (updated after a few days of use)

UPDATE: After several days of cleaning after four adopted kittens, no lumps sticking to the shoulder blade. I have some parts that get stuck in between, but they're not as sticky as the first few days. It's just a few small pieces wedged between them that bounce off with a light tap. Overall it feels like a decent scooter. Let's see how long this lasts. What's good: I use the tiny trash spoon that comes with the trash gin. This scoop takes forever to use, and if you try to scoop more than it can handle, the lumps will just fall over the edge. About this new scooper? I can dig through the junk and get a lot more at once. In that respect quite nice. This shortens the time it takes to collect all the foster kitten gifts they leave me. And leave a lot. It also fits in a Genie dustpan holder (bonus). Cons: Filler, be it clay or Garfield filler, or natural hand and hammer. it sticks to and between things. I use another dust pan to dig up the clumps and scrape off the stuck debris and then everything is fine. This increases the time I have to spend scooping. It's well built and feels solid, but I have a feeling I'll just keep looking for another shovel. I have one for my adult kitten but I can't find it anywhere. It's fairly simple, 6 inches in diameter and in length, made out of light blue plastic. This thing outlasted my kitten with IBD/intestinal lymphoma. And what came out was ugly.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Ease of maintenance
