Review on Milwaukee 2680 20 Lithium Cordless Resistant: Unmatched Power and Endurance by Jerome Pritchard

Possibly fake?

Not sure if this is a real Milwaukee chopper. very, very weak. Probably one of the weakest grinders I've ever used (chokes as soon as you touch metal to start grinding). I have a lot of Milwaukee tools and this doesn't look like the Milwaukee product I'm used to. The swivel blade guard also works poorly, sloppy and the knob won't remove. You need to use a screwdriver to loosen it. If I hadn't been such a pain in the ass and lived an hour away from the installation site, I would have returned. Update: I've been using this grinder for about 2 hours in the last year (light use) and the motor has burned out. I'm pretty sure this isn't a real Milwaukee grinder.

Pros
  • Chopper
Cons
  • Big and chunky
