The seat cover was very easy to fit once I figured out which hinges go where. It completely covers the back seat of my Corolla and I definitely appreciate the zipper that allows one person to use one of the seats. My dog is new to driving and the sling doesn't prevent him from swinging his front paws through the sling onto the front console (I don't expect the seat cover to exercise him of course!). Although she doesn't look particularly smooth to me, the fabric slips a bit under her paws. If she learns to sit up and lie down during a car ride, it probably won't be as much of a problem.
