I recently completed a basic training/bootcamp when purchasing this product so you can imagine how RUINED my legs were. The foot file was definitely good for the job because I ended up scratching until I bled. I keep a pumice stone in the shower for regular exfoliation to prevent nasty calluses and gross damage from reoccurring. Small brush - well, I use it to wash the walls (that's the military for you). But yes, my feet look relatively normal now, even though I wear shoes every day, so I recommend this product!
