My windows were dirty so this was a very good test of this product. I've tried moving the part with different pressures and movements according to the instructions, but it works for a few minutes, and then the outer part falls down, sticking tightly to the chimney outside the window due to magnets. What a pain to get it back. It takes a lot of practice and patience, but can clean up quite a bit if it works. I'm not sure I would have bought a more powerful version that would work better. Just think this is not for me.
