I need a label maker that prints waterproof labels (for my shower gels), labels that cannot be erased AND print as many labels as you want AND have an app interface so you can create right on your phone and without a lame keyboard . High order, right? But I searched until I found this one and I was SOLD! Not very happy with Kaomoji's pink face - I'm not a teenager or pre-adolescent girl - but hey, it had EVERYTHING I wanted and. Yes, I can live with a pretty face. LOLI received the product very quickly (shipped from somewhere in California if I remember correctly) and found it SUPER easy to turn on and refill (no refills at all actually - didn't even open the little manual). ) and familiarize yourself with the application. At first I couldn't peel off the backing of the labels (it was just a bad roll of label tape) and then I found that it wasn't printing properly. I thought about just returning it, but it's really cool and it's hard to find a printer that does all of those things. You can choose from 20-25 fonts plus this continuous feature making the label as long as you want and what font size you want? You can't beat that! So I contacted Phomemo and they were absolutely amazing. They were very responsive (although I think there was a time difference that you really wouldn't even notice) and really went out of their way to fix the problem. When the machine turned out to be defective they immediately sent me a brand new one (think I got it within 2 days!) and so kindly replaced all the film I ordered as I had gone through a bit, tried he to show them examples of what is happening. LOL But I'm just thrilled to have found this and it works great with all the features I wanted. And now that I make labels for everything, my OCD is very happy ;) Hooray!
