Defective grounding screw terminal: UPDATE - Revain has swapped the socket. The new one works perfectly
ground screw was useless. It was tightly packed. It was intended that it would have to be unscrewed to allow a protective earth to be attached. When I unscrewed it myself, it came out and wouldn't screw back in. I couldn't use it to connect the PE screw. UPDATE: Revain is awesome. They sent me a replacement. The ground screw has been installed correctly. I changed the outlet. Works perfectly.
