The quality of the shoes that I recently purchased from Vichline was not up to my expectations, and I returned them. The shoes were produced from low-quality materials and did not resemble the pictures at all that were displayed on the internet. In addition, when I attempted to return the item, the customer service department was of no use to me. I will not be shopping at Vichline again, and I would strongly recommend that others exercise extreme caution before buying anything from this internet retailer.
