I bought this to use on walks and to clean the house with the CD player. For these purposes it is ideal. It sits comfortably and securely holds the person with the intervertebral disc during vigorous movements without disturbing them. It regularly slips out of the clasp and I have to change it. However, I cannot fault the product or deduct a star because it is my own fault that I weigh 200 pounds. Keep this size chart in mind when deciding whether to buy one for your body. As long as you're not heavier than me, I highly recommend it!
