I love that it's easy to keep track of your content and how many people are reading each post. It doesn't have much customization to personalize the look, so you can make it look pretty straight off. However, if you want more customization options, there's the ability to create themes as well. That way you can customize your website/blog to be very specific to what you're trying to do with your business. Also, the support is great! So far, they've answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Just recently, I was able to get in touch with them for some help with an issue that came up while I was building out my theme. The customer service has been fantastic - they really care about their customers' success, and it shows! I appreciate their responsiveness and ability to turn around work fast to ensure problems don't happen. I like that they take pride.
