A burner does not work, there is no collar in the kit, it cannot be used.
I hired a professional to help with the installation when he pulled the old one out and put it in. It's too light and unstable, he had to go to Home Deport and Lows and spend a lot of time buying a clamp, after installing it, finally on the 2nd day we found a burner didn't work. We tried to find customer service but couldn't find any information in the box. I have to send it back and buy a new one. I spent a lot of time and money, really regret buying it.
