Review on BBQSTAR by Steven Wood

The BBQSTAR Was Not as Good as Advertised

My interest in outdoor activities led me to BBQSTAR, where I found a wide variety of products for the patio, grass, and garden as well as grills and outdoor cooking and outdoor cooking accessories. My interactions with the company, however, were less than satisfying. They have a lot of things, however their website is hard to use and unclear. The checkout process was cumbersome and annoying, and the prices were inconsistent and hard to compare. The fact that the things I received were subpar just added insult to injury. The grill I bought was cheaply made, and several of the extras I ordered were either broken or missing when they arrived. I tried contacting customer support about these problems, but they gave me unhelpful and condescending comments instead. Despite the many attempts made to address my problems, I remain frustrated and unsatisfied. If you're searching for dependable outdoor gear and a pleasant buying experience, look elsewhere; BBQSTAR is not it. Even though they have a lot of products to choose from, their website and customer support are both subpar.

Pros
  • Service to customers that is second to none, along with individualized recommendations.
Cons
  • Products of poor quality often arrive broken or incomplete.
