Good for the price - Active shorts
I'm 5'6, 180 pounds, average age (so my midsection is an issue when it comes to fit). I chose size XL based on the chart. The fit is comfortable. I may have to order a larger one to get the abdominal compresses. However, I like the comfort of a slightly looser fit. The material is soft. I haven't worked out in it or washed in it, but now I really like her.
