"WEAVER LEATHER" is the name of a company/manufacturer that has been making quality tree care equipment since 1973. The line storage pouch is designed to store 150' 1/8" polyethylene line in 12, 14, or 16 ounce casting weights (all sold separately). The red pouch, the smallest, is folded neatly and attaches to a belt for easy carrying, or slips into a backpack.There is a steel ring on the outside (as seen in the photo) as well as the bottom of the storage compartment for tying your fishing line.I use mine for tree work and saddle hunting gear.The few reviewers who gave this product bad ratings have obviously didn't read the product description or looked at the pictures. If so, it would be clear that the bag is nylon and not leather. In addition, the only picture with a throw line and a weight is for choosing the color and size of the smallest (red ones ) bag.None of the actual product images show the throw line or weight.If you read the product description you will know a uch that you only get the bag and nothing else.
