Update: I hate this vacuum cleaner. The return window closed in October and now it shuts down in mid-vacuum, full charge, flat surface. It just turns off. Now it will make a clicking sound and the brush will stop spinning randomly. I tried leaving it on while vacuuming which is not easy as the cord is about 3ft long, I cleaned it completely. It makes no sense. It's okay, maybe better than a home vacuum, but it doesn't work very well. It says it's quiet, click at low or medium speeds. It's very loud at altitude and blows a lot of air in my face (apparently being left-handed is bad). It looks like a toy or a very cheap car, but it works. It dies off quickly on high, which is the setting I want. Not quite worth the price, but not worth sending it back and ordering something else.
