The easy way of getting data from database into graphically appealing format for our customers (who are mostly non technical).

Also we can customize graphs as per requirement without having any programming knowledge/experience! We use this tool at work place since last 4 years now but I don't think there's anything which needs improvement right? It has been working flawlessly till date also it serves its purpose well!! Very good product indeed. If customer wants customization then they need have some basic understanding about how things works under hood so their won be much problems faced while customizing them because everything gets done automatically by software itself..
